The spine’s natural curves are important for facilitating its strength, flexibility, and ability to evenly distribute stress. While there is a normal range of natural curvatures, when curves fall beyond these normal ranges, conditions such as lordosis, kyphosis, and scoliosis can be the cause.

A severe spinal curvature in any direction can eventually limit your mobility, cause dyspnea (breathing problems), ataxia (coordination problems) or result in serious back pain.

SCENAR can provide the most advanced non-surgical treatment for patients with these conditions. With the help of SCENAR, in many cases the natural state of the muscles around the spine can be restored, resulting in a straight spine.

This webinar is intended to assist you to choose the best treatment technique based on patient’s condition.

In this webinar will be presented:

  1. Characteristics of the abnormal spine curvatures: lordosis, kyphosis and scoliosis.
  2. Predominant and Additional SCENAR treatment zones
  3. Recommendations on the choice of techniques for the treatment of Spinal Curvature Disorders
  4. Examples/ Special cases. “Sprengel’s deformity”. “Hump on upper back (dorsocervical fat pad)”

Dr. Stanchak will teach how to treat abnormal spine curvatures with SCENAR. Abnormal spine curvatures are considered to be one of the root causes and results of many chronic diseases. The muscles around the spine should facilitate the spine in its activities, keeping it straight. Unfortunately, hyper- and hypo muscular tonus of these muscles can force the spine into a non-natural position.

Dr. Stanchak has experience with patients that went from strong deformation to restoration of a functional, more natural state of the spine, resolving many of the related symptoms.

Our trainer: Dr.Iolanta Stanchak, MD (Ukraine) is an experienced SCENAR specialist and trainer.
