We use clear, simple and concise statements in English that help our audience successfully translate (if needed) the presentation into any foreign language.

In this workshop we will focus on easy and effective SCENAR self-help techniques. You will learn how to do SCENAR therapy on yourself. After completing this online training you will develop new SCENAR therapy skills and new self-care techniques for the most commonly injured and painful areas of your body. You will gain confidence in treating a broad range of your own pathologies and acute conditions.
