Description: At all our previous SCENAR trainings we taught you how to properly treat a patient of yours, always talked about somebody’s complaints. But what if the therapist him-/herself needs some care/ self-maintenance?
In this workshop we will focus on easy and effective SCENAR self-help techniques. You will learn how to do SCENAR therapy on yourself. After completing this online training you will develop new SCENAR therapy skills and new self-care techniques for the most commonly injured and painful areas of your body. You will gain confidence in treating a broad range of your own pathologies and acute conditions.
